Return & Refund Policy

At Glades Armory, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please review the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.

30-Day Refund Window

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

  • To qualify for a refund, the purchased item must be returned to Glades Armory with RMA number.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Required

All refunds and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • Customers must contact Glades Armory to obtain an RMA number before sending back any product.
  • Items returned without an RMA may not be eligible for a refund.

Replacements After 30 Days

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery:

  • The purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.
  • Products may instead qualify for a replacement, subject to evaluation by Glades Armory.

Original Buyer Only

Refunds, returns, and replacement requests are valid only for the original purchaser of the product. Proof of purchase may be required.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Glades Armory is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer at checkout.

  • If shipping information was entered incorrectly, no refund can be issued.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate before completing their order.
